Youth Strength & Athletic Development (Ages 12–17)

A safe, structured introduction to strength training for teens.

This class teaches proper movement mechanics, body awareness, and foundational lifting skills in a fun and challenging environment. Training includes jumping, stability work, bodyweight movements, bands, and introductory resistance training. Competitive games reinforce effort, teamwork, and confidence while keeping sessions engaging and age-appropriate.
